Abstract
Each 1% increase in ADR is associated with a 3% decrease in the risk of interval colorectal cancer. The 8% difference in ADR between the CADe and the SC groups is of a great clinical significance. The increased detection of proximal and flat adenomas using CADe is also clinically significant as these adenomas are more frequently missed during SC CADe may improve the overall protective effect of colonoscopy against colo- rectal cancer and reduce the incidence of PCCRCs. Using CADe did not increase the detection of advanced adenomas and SSLs per colonoscopy. In conclusion, many study shows that CADe significantly increases ADR and adenomas per colonoscopy compared with SC in various settings and populations, and regardless of the endoscopists’ experience or the adenoma characteristics In procedures with adequate bowel preparation and withdrawal time >8mts, CADEe increase ADR with high quality of colonoscopy must be maintained.
