Abstract
Project Aim: To fully transition the National Care Certificate (NCC) programme from a paper-based system to an online platform.
The NCC is a national framework of 16 core standards that the Trust requires to ensure consistent, high-quality care and meet CQC expectations. Moving it online supports the Trust’s digital transformation and centralises key workforce processes, with the project demanding effective project management, digital innovation and clear communication to deliver successfully.
