Abstract
RI at presentation shows focal decreased signal inten sity on T1-weighted imaging (Fig. 1a) with corresponding increased signal intensity on the water sensitive sequences (Fig. 1b and c), consistent with oedema-like changes in the bone marrow within the spinous process of C7 (white arrows).
