Epithelioid trophoblastic tumor (ETT) is a rare malignancy arising from neoplastic proliferation of chorionic-type intermediate trophoblasts. ETT poses significant challenges to clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment and can hence lead to a poor prognosis. We report a unique case of metastatic ETT in a HIV-positive patient.Citation
