Introduction: In 2013, the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) endorsed the use of One step nucleic acid amplification (OSNA) in clinical practice. Our study aims to seek a correlation between the OSNA results, indicated by CK 19 mRNA copy numbers and the likelihood of non-sentinel axillary involvement in patients with macro-metastases.Citation
